We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Contracts within our Multi-Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications mission area. This position supports our Mission Critical Products portfolio, which includes both government and commercial contracts and pursuits. In this highly visible role, we seek a strategic thinker skilled in navigating complex contractual environments, managing risks, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers in support of U.S. Government contracts and key pursuit opportunities. In addition to contract administration, this role includes managing a team of direct reports who primarily support the Avionics and Increment product lines.

This position is a remote position to support our Customers primarily in Arizona and California. An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The ideal candidate will reside in a state that supports the Mountain Standard Time (MST) work schedule.

What You Will Do:

As a trusted advisor to leadership and business teams, the Senior Manager, Contracts will:

  • Develop and execute contract strategies across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to government regulations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, addressing contractual issues, changes, and correspondence with customers

  • Provide expert guidance on contract negotiation and administration while advising senior management on business and contractual matters

  • Maintain accurate contract records, lead process improvements, and champion operational excellence in contract management practices

  • Report directly to the Associate Director, Contracts within the Multi-Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications mission area and serve as their primary backup

  • This position will support Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST)

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

  • Expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and equivalent U.S. Government regulations

  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret) on Day 1 of employment

  • Proven experience in contract administration/management for U.S. Government and Prime Customer contracts including cost-type contracts, fixed-price contracts, Other Transactional Agreements, and Direct Commercial Sales across various phases (development, production, sustain
