The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Defense Procurement Financial Analyst (PFA)–Cost Analyst located in Hazelwood, MO.

Defense PFAs support the development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs support U.S. Government (USG), Foreign Military Sale (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data.

This position will be part of the PFA Integration Team. The PFA Integrators serve as program liaisons for PFA. This Integrator position will serve as the program liaison for all Air Dominance Programs. The PFA Integrator will coordinate the delivery of cost or price analysis products to Air Dominance programs in support of prime proposals. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tracking of PFAs analysis completion dates for the supplier proposals to be shared with multiple internal and external stakeholders  

  • Work with PFA analysts and PFA leadership to identify roadblocks to analysis completion and facilitate help needed from functional stakeholders

  • Foster cross functional collaboration with Contracts, Estimating, Supplier Management, and Program

  • Support Prime Contract activities including Requests for Information (RFI), Pre and Post Negotiation Sweeps, and Negotiations

  • Provide PFA leadership with workload forecasts based on Air Dominance program plans

  • Provide support to Supply Chain and Program for the development of supplier negotiation targets

  • Assist and train suppliers on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) adequacy requirements and FAR 15 proposal development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of direct experience in estimating, procurement, or project/program management

  • Experience in Procurement Financial Analysis with strong finance analytics background

  • Experience reviewing and developing procurement strategies

  • Experience with and/or exposure to supplier related data

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance

Summary pay range: $106,250 – 143,750
