Schedule:
3-12 hour shifts per week (7:00 pm–7:30 am), including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients based on their individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the Hospice Home team to achieve patient care goals
• Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity for patients
• Promptly report pertinent information to the leadership team

Requirements:

• Current CNA listing with the NC Home Health Aide Registry
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of all pre-employment and annual requirements
