What you will be doing:
The Performance Programs Senior Analyst’s primary responsibility is to perform analysis and develop business intelligence in support of Asurion Customer Solutions’ incentive programs. This role will be responsible for analysis of experts' pay and performance. Customer Solutions (CS) is an organization of over 10,000 experts providing support to our subscribers across all business units in multiple channels including voice, messaging, chat as well as in-store and in-home technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Employ data analysis techniques and methods to report on incentive pay and performance
Develop reporting based on business requirements, understanding of business processes, and knowledge of systems to automate solutions
Visualize reporting via PowerBI to showcase pay program performance
Perform data collection via SQL and other query languages to integrate data from multiple sources
Analyze data trends across multiple channels and lines of business to measure and compare performance
Synthesize analysis and present results to senior management in clear, concise, and compelling manner
Identify opportunities and recommend creative solutions to business problems through analytics and understand of business processes and systems
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, Analytics or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
Preferably 2 years’ experience in Data Analytics
Ability to work independently with high-level guidance
Ability to collaborate with team members and other key partners
High-energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-growth environment
Superior quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills including confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, ability to manage intake, and present insights
Advanced skill level conducting data analysis via Excel
Advanced skill level building data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel
Intermediate skill level with SQL and/or other query languages
Intermediate skill level with statistical analysis and tools such as JMP
