Senior Program Manager

NOV Process Systems is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our team in Oslo. This pivotal role involves managing and delivering complex, multidisciplinary programs across functions and customer offerings, particularly focusing on field operations in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our brownfield activity, driven by extensive needs in the customer's operational phase and other ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver large-scale, complex programs across various functions and customer offerings.
• Organize the planning, customer alignment, preparation, and execution of partnerships with operators and end-users.
• Manage process systems portfolios, including Digital Monitoring, site services, spare part management, VR training, expert support, debottleneck studies, troubleshooting, upgrades, and expansions.
• Oversee long-term agreements with strategic accounts and ensure tight customer-supplier partnerships through performance-based contracts or other agreements.
• Coordinate and align with teams globally, especially in Oslo, Stavanger, London, and Paris.
• Drive innovative solutions and avoid repetitive approaches, elevating NOV’s offerings to the next level.

Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in Engineering with a strong oil & gas background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business and financial principles.
• Proven experience in driving innovative solutions and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and teams.
• Experience in managing multinational projects and working in multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English and preferably Norwegian.
