- Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.
- Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
- Juno builds the next value proposition: an AI shopping assistant that finds the right product at the best price in seconds, backed by a universal catalog of what merchants actually sell.

⚡ THE AI PLATFORM TASK FORCE
AI Platform's mission is to turn Joko into a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside. The tribe builds the internal agent infrastructure that will let every team work faster, automate complex workflows, and create new 0-to-1 features with AI.
Its flagship product is Joker, Joko's internal AI teammate. Already live in Slack, Notion and Linear, Joker can understand context, use tools, act across systems, and take real work from idea to execution. The ambition is not just to automate repetitive tasks, but to make agents a new production layer for how Joko builds and operates.
For this to work at company scale, AI Platform also owns the backbone underneath: Gotham, the identity and permission layer that lets agents act with exactly the access of the person they work for; plus the internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security, reliability and server-cost foundations that keep Joko fast, safe and scalable.
The tribe's users are the teams inside Joko. Its goal is simple: help them run extremely efficient processes, remove operational bottlenecks, and give the company the leverage it needs to scale in the coming years.
🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Manager for the AI Platform task force, you own your roadmap end to end. You will identify the highest-impact internal workflows to transform, define what should be automated or productized, build the roadmap yourself, and ship with a Product Designer and software engineers. You will report to Fabien, our VP Product, who leads the tribe. Your users sit a few desks away, which makes discovery fast and accountability unavoidable.
- Build and own your roadmap: You will map what teams do today, where their processes break, what it costs them, and where AI or better tooling can create the most leverage. You will turn that discovery into a clear roadmap, prioritize it yourself, and be accountable for its impact.
- Ship with Engineering: You will work very closely with software engineers to scope, sequence and deliver complex technical products. You will write clear specs, make trade-offs, unblock decisions, test what ships, and keep the team focused on real user impact.
- Build the agent layer: The approach is capability first: expose an action as a scoped tool, write the instructions an agent needs to use it well, then let the agent run the job. Interfaces come only where they earn their place. Deciding what deserves a screen is a genuinely new kind of product judgment.
- Own Joker use cases: You will identify where Joker can take work from idea to execution, automate end-to-end workflows, or help teams create new 0-to-1 features. You will turn these opportunities into production-grade products used every day.
- Retire what should not exist: Part of the mandate is subtractive: migrating off tools that have outlived their purpose and progressively switching off legacy systems. You will sequence those migrations without breaking the teams that depend on them every day.
- Design for trust and scale: You will
