Financial Operations Analyst

Latch is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support our growing team. Reporting to the VP Finance, this role will focus on managing renewals, assisting Sales with contract management, and developing our Financial Operations function. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and technical capabilities, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical operations processes while helping streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Renewals Management- Oversee the renewals process including implementing both operational and strategic improvements, fielding basic customer inquiries and managing automated renewals workflows.
• Sales Assist- Similar to a Revenue Operations function, this role will interact with Sales to assist on contract management issues and creates basic processes (think “playbooks”) to emphasize efficiencies.
• Financial Operations- A mix of traditional Revenue Operations and Finance, the intent is to partner with Sr. Management to grow a lean platform that can perform analysis, operate business systems and make it easier to do business inside the company.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations or FP&A function
• Experience with Salesforce, ideally with a technical understanding of Quote creation and Opportunity management
• Experience with CPQ Salesforce is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
