What you’ll be doing:
Assist in the creation of financial models and valuation analyses
Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and other client presentations
Conduct industry and company research to support transactions
Assist in due diligence processes, including data room management and document review
Analyze client financial statements and market trends
Attend internal and client meetings as appropriate
Perform business valuations using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods
We’re looking for someone who has:
We are currently looking for a summer intern to join the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team supporting M&A and Capital Markets
Have the ability to work in a hybrid setting 32 hrs/wk, Mon – Thurs, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Work a minimum of 3 business days per week in-person at your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire 8-week Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026- July 30, 2026
Required Qualifications:
Current Junior or Senior on track to get Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics or related discipline
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
0-2 years recent public accounting experience
Final Graduation of December 2026 through September 2027
Demonstrated interest in finance, capital markets, or corporate transactions
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
About our Transaction Advisory Services Team:
The TAS Practice assists financial and strategic investors and lenders in connection with evaluating complex acquisition and divestiture transactions. Our professionals have decades of experience advising clients in every aspect of the transaction, from pre-LOI stage through closing. We are looking for professionals in selected geographic and functional markets to add to the continued growth and expansion of our TAS practice.
