Anthony’s Seafood Production Worker

Primary responsibilities:

1) Order packing

a) Accurate and expedient packing of all fresh, frozen

and non-seafood items for delivery to the restaurants.

b) Knowledge of all packing techniques for Eastern

Washington restaurants including box weight limits,

product pairings and labeling/Strapping.

c) Pack alder planks in boxes for restaurants

2) Product icing and storage

a) Weigh and ice fresh fish for storage in insulated

containers. Labeling/dating of containers.

b) Weighing of frozen Ling cod and Halibut for

thawing in thaw totes and documenting procedures of weights.

3) Inventory

Take daily fresh fish and Shellfish inventory.

4) Maintenance and clean up

a) Wash down of fresh fish production area as required.

b) Pressure washing of fresh production area and knowledge of

correct sanitation standards.

c) Break down of boxes and garbage removal as necessary.

d) Wash down and sanitation of fresh fish production totes.

e) Sweep and clean freezer

5) HACCP program

Learn Anthony’s Seafood HACCP program and be able to fill out all necessary paperwork

associated with it

6) Other duties as assigned by plant foreman or managers

Job Specifications:

• Physical skills required:
• Subject to wet floors and temperature extremes.
• Must be able to pack orders in a minus 10 degrees
• Freezer. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry
• Cases of product and fresh fish weighing up to 60 lbs,
• on a frequent and regular basis. Must be able to
• Stand and walk for long periods of time.

Education: Ability to communicate in English is desirable.

Experience: No experience required.

Wage & Benefits Offered

$21.30 - $25.00 Hourly
