- Partner with strategy and account teams to develop big creative ideas that anchor pitch narratives.
- Translate complex scientific/medical content into visually compelling, story-driven creative concepts.
- Lead the visual direction of pitch materials—including decks, mood boards, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal designers and writers to execute creative visions across media.
- 7+ years in an agency or freelance setting, ideally in healthcare/pharma
- Proven conceptual thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing big ideas, not just beautiful layouts
- Strong deck/storytelling chops—the ability to make a pitch sing visually and emotionally
- Ability to work quickly and iterate based on team/client feedback
- Comfortable collaborating with both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual range, brand storytelling, and previous pitch/RFP work.
- Availability for contract engagements (with potential to expand based on needs).
- Willingness to present work to the Executive Committee for final selection.
