Summary

Supports the contract management team in performing administration functions through all phases of the contract life cycle, from proposal initiation to contract completion and closing. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Demonstrates skills in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. May act as a team lead, informally coordinating the work of others. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring our customer contact centers operate smoothly and efficiently.   • Reviews contracts, new work orders, amendments, modifications and change orders for products and services of a low to medium complexity level and contract risk type.  Analyzes contract language to determine areas of potential organizational risk and surfaces issues.
  • Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to ensure contractual requirements are met as determined by established deliverables; communicates milestones and commitments.  Administers and tracks standard closeout process when contract has been fulfilled.
  • May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
  • Apply expert knowledge of functions within the account and serve as a subject matter expert on efforts to ideate, develop, implement, and optimize execution for fellow employees and internal/external vendor teams.
  • Act as a liaison with fellow team members and management, facilitating open communication and a commitment to enrich employee experience by championing and advocating for continuous development.
  • Design and deliver proactive communication plans for customers, employees, and internal stakeholders; obtain continuous feedback, drive enhancements to improve workflow, and positively impact client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining operational procedures and provide hands-on support for DDI, RA, and other projects/initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 5 or more years of customer contact operations experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, DBO, PBM delivery, or MMIS business process outsourcing.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in front and back office MMIS business operational areas such as Authorized Services, Customer Centers, Mailroom, Pharmacy, Provider Enrollment, DBO, or Provider Relations SURS.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and hardware and software applications to manage contact center and back-office operations (Cxone, Verint, Avaya, etc.).
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills to work effectively with team members, customers, and clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in peer coaching and mentoring.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent individual performance and results.

The pay range for this position is $52,600 - $75,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
