SQL Server Developer (Hybrid On-Site Required)

SportsMed Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice with over 45 locations in the Northeast. Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled SQL Server Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, and Data Warehousing. As a key member of our data team, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize our data infrastructure while driving impactful business decisions through data insights.

Responsibilities

• This position will be the senior-most position for IT Data Analytics within SportsMed.  Excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn the business is a requirement.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, Table Structures, Stored Procedures and other data objects to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Working side by side with the business, develop and implement robust dashboards and reporting using Power BI and data extracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support business needs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability of company data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and reporting issues promptly.
• Participate actively in strategic data management initiatives and provide expert guidance on data analytics best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and data analytics.
• Healthcare industry experience. EMR and PM system experience is a plus.
• Excellent skills in TSQL scripting and database management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work Hybrid On-Site work schedule in Glen Rock, NJ, USA
