As a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the development of an innovative social media and influencer marketing strategy. You will lead the strategy, development and management of our channels in close cooperation with other departments, external partners and agencies and continuously contribute your creativity to optimize our strategy.  <br/> In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>develop cross-team social media and influencer marketing strategies and concepts</li> <li>lead the development and management of channels in cooperation with external partners/agencies</li> <li>identify relevant success criteria and develop cross-departmental content KPI reporting</li> <li>develop, implement and manage internal processes relevant to content across teams and countries (e.g. production, tools, workflows)</li> <li>conduct test and learn cases with other departments and our partners (incl. media)</li> <li>develop lead content partnerships and platform relationships (Meta, TikTok etc.) as well as content-oriented strategic partnerships in the travel context</li> <li>brief / manage agencies and partners and provide technical advice to the teams, partners and countries</li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Completed studies in the field of communication or media sciences / marketing / social media</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in social media (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer marketing</li> <li>Skills in strategic planning and operational implementation of social media campaigns including experience in paid media, management platforms and trends</li> <li>High level of initiative, ambition and the ability to work independently and drive projects forward</li> <li>Very good written and spoken German and English skills</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder and interface management and strong communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.</p> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
