About the role
SPAR Express Mallow is looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to do 2 to 3 shifts a week 3pm to 10pm.
You would be required to look after the shop and fulfil the supervisor duties including locking up the shop.
Friday & Saturday afternoon shifts. 3pm - 10pm. 14 hours per week. .
Minimum of 1 years retail experience required.
Must enjoy working in a busy customer focus retail environment.

Previous supervisory experience
Operational knowledge of retail environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
An understanding of consumer needs
Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation
Committed to continually improving standards
