The salary range for this role, based in New York is $134,320.00 to $167,900.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

The Go-to-Market/Route-to-Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with PRUSA's growth ambitions. This highly strategic role will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize PRUSA's route-to-market approach, working closely with executive stakeholders, internal teams, and external distribution partners. The successful candidate will leverage market insights, data analysis, and creative thinking to identify new commercial opportunities and implement effective processes to drive growth, improve channel performance, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. This role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate complex workstreams, ensure project deliverables are met, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Manage strategic projects, working closely with executive-level stakeholders, to optimize PRUSA's go-to-market strategy and align with the company's growth ambitions.
- Leverage previous experiences and creative thinking to bring new approaches to PRUSA's commercial route-to-market strategies to achieve desired results.
- Lead Route-to-Market Projects from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and recommending strategic changes
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and task forces, collaborating with internal teams and external distribution partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as a key interface with Director and VP-level executives, providing regular updates, action plans, and executive-level presentations across various projects and workstreams.
- Establish robust communication cadences and facilitate alignment across stakeholders
- Analytical Excellence:
- Collect, analyze, and implement data, insights, and analytics across PRUSA and distributor divisions to develop unified and optimized route-to-market processes and ways of working.
- Conduct in-depth market and channel analyses to identify growth opportunities, support brand teams, and optimize commercial structure leveraging market expertise.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by translating insights into actionable recommendations, leveraging expertise in internal data sets and supporting ad hoc analyses.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes, delivering insightful and scalable action items to drive continuous improvement across the Commercial organization.
Requirements
- Education: Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business, or other analytical fields; MBA preferred
- Experience / Background:
- 7+ years of work experience, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or strategy and/or consulting
