The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Reporting and AI Analytics Sr. Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering automation solutions that leverage artificial intelligence (AI), data, and process optimization to transform manual business processes into scalable, efficient, and intelligent workflows. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to enable automation, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This position requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, process engineering, and emerging AI capabilities, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead automation initiatives from concept through deployment.

Automation & Process Transformation

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to automate manual or repetitive business processes.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, RPA, and workflow tools.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for automation that can be reused across functions.
  • Partner with IT and engineering teams to execute automation solutions in production environments.

AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement

  • Leverage AI/ML tools (e.g., natural language processing, predictive analytics) to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
  • Enable intelligent reporting solutions that automate insights generation and reduce manual data analysis.
  • Work with data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation platforms.

Reporting & Insights Automation

  • Design automated dashboards and reporting solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Eliminate manual reporting processes by building self-service and real-time reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on automation strategy and opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into technical automation requirements and solution designs.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to identify automation use cases and drive alignment.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on automation tools and best practices.

 Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and (8) eight years of experience in process improvement, automation, analytics, in

a private, public, government or military environment
