Description

We are seeking a full-time body shop technician to join our Body Shop Collision Center located in South Bend. The Body Shop Technician position requires knowledge of collision repair and auto body priming.

Duties:

• All phases of collision repair (light to heavy)
• Identify and determine parts required for repair, review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Manager's estimate notes, follow warranty guidelines; notify Supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Attention to detail – meticulous in work, detail-oriented, and strive to maintain high productivity levels
• Maintain work area appearance and safety

Requirements

• Previous automotive body shop and/or collision repair experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Auto Collision Repair (ICAR) or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred, but not required
