You are an experienced and driven P&L Financial Analyst ready to join our BU FP&A team. You bring a wealth of knowledge in financial analysis and a passion for driving business performance. Your analytical mind and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights are unmatched. Your strong communication skills allow you to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform analysis on P&L results in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations to deliver business insights and synthesize trends in support of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Explore and drive margin improvement ideas in partnership with Business and Manufacturing Operations on portfolio optimization, inventory, and cost efficiencies.
• Establish benchmarks to assess the performance of product/project investment and recommend actions.
• Engage on profitability improvement initiatives during new product introduction phases.
