Address current state of facilities through improvement projects for items below but not limited to:

• Shop Floor Restroom Cleanliness (start journey to Buc-eee’s standard – Nick will get this)
• Facilities / grounds Maintenance (reduce costs for services or enhance current while paying the same)
• Production Shop Cleaning (Walls, floors, equipment)

Work with Outside Auction Company to Sell Equipment no longer needed, and remove from premises

• Alu-Roller
• Brushing Machine
• Walker Saw / Other Equipment
• Excess Fab Equipment in trailers

Develop Maintenance Tool Program and Begin Implementation

• Consists of defining tools needed per job profile and process for managing replacements
• Replacing Personal Tools with Company Tools

Develop Proposal for Training Center Upgrades

• Walking Path
• HVAC Replacements
• Front Entrance
• Failed IGU Replacements
• Flooring

Facilitate the Flex Line Rebuild in Late March

• Ensure Resources, Equipment, and materials are aligned for a successful rebuild

Facilitate Replacement Oxidizer Electrical Drive Replacement is Performed Adequately

• Ensure Resources, Equipment, and materials are aligned
• Utilize Wausau Fab Resources if Available to help perform installation

Develop Ano Office and Breakroom Move / Proposal (Benefit of Long Term Tubelite LMI Usage to reduce TL finished inventory)

• Estimated Budget
• Estimated Timeline
• Recommend Contractors to Utilize
• Ensure Storm Shelter Usage Approved

Develop Paint Breakroom Upgrade Proposal

• Estimated Budget

• Recommend Contractors to Utilize
• Ensure Storm Shelter Usage Approved

Support Wausau Finishing Layout Moves & Provide overall management oversight of external contractors

Concrete/Excavation, Electrical, & Rigging contractors
