Senior Executive Assistant

The senior executive assistant will support the efforts of Saint John's Health Center Foundation's (SJHCF) President/Chief Executive Officer and serve as a primary liaison to the 110+ members of Board of Trustees. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and executive level support services including the scheduling and managing of regular and special meetings of the Board and corresponding Board committees. Must adhere to reporting timelines, plans and develops meeting agendas and materials. Facilitates follow-up for Board and Board committee meetings. Acts as primary administrator of the Board share-site. Role will involve frequent interaction with internal and external constituents, requiring extensive discretion and diplomacy, respect for confidentiality, and broad knowledge of philanthropic/non-profit organizational operations and procedures.
Activities of this position will include supporting the President/CEO with calendar and meeting schedule; confidential correspondence; meeting agenda and presentation preparation; prioritizing, organizing and coordinating workflow; making travel arrangements; and other logistical matters as needed. Serves in a lead capacity to administrative staff assuring support of the leadership team in carrying out their responsibilities and joins with the leadership team in supporting the work of SJHCF in securing private support for Saint John's mission. This position will assist with and/or assign support from other administrative assistants as needed by scheduling conference rooms and interacting with visitors.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree: 2 years of college or business school training or equivalent educ/experience
- 6 years experience providing executive administration support to a CEO, president or C-Suite executive.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or PR
- 3 years experience supporting a Board (preferably non-profit)
- 4 years experience in a health care leadership environment or non-profit organization
- Project management experience
