<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We are hiring a <strong>Sustaining Engineer</strong> to manage change controls and lifecycle activities across our existing product portfolio. You will join a cross-functional team coordinating product and process changes with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Process Development.</p>
<p>The role is based at our production site in Hörby, with the opportunity to work from home or the Malmö office 1–2 days per week, depending on business needs.</p>

<p><strong>Your main responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes according to established procedures – primarily within one large cross-portfolio project. </li>
</ul>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Update and manage technical product documentation. </li>
</ul>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Conduct product testing (for example durability, adhesion, stability, and transport studies). </li>
</ul>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Participate in risk assessments and identify improvements to product and quality processes. </li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>
<p>You are proactive, structured, and enjoy working across functions. You take ownership of your work, feel confident making decisions, and are motivated to contribute improvements wherever possible.</p>

<p>We are specifically looking for someone who brings:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Experience with products, injection molding, and/or adhesives, possibly combined with a chemical background.</li>
<li>A few years of experience in Change Control, RA, Quality, or Production.</li>
<li>A relevant academic degree in materials, engineering, or chemistry.</li>
<li>Project management skills and the ability to coordinate workstreams with clear deliverables.</li>
<li>Fluency in Swedish and English.</li>
</ul>
