Commercial Academy Program Coordinator

In this role, you coordinate and support the global Sales and Account Management (AM) training initiatives for our commercial teams. Making sure they embed the Adyen sales culture, learn from the best and continuously grow in their commercial role.

We are developing training programs focused on training the skills to sell the value of our solution and build long term sustainable relationships with our merchants. In these training programs, our top performers share their successes and experiences and how these were realized across the global team. With that, we want to make sure we are scaling performance.

The Commercial Academy has the goal to develop and sustain the best commercial force in the tech industry. The training programs include various aspects related to commercial training and enablement, such as value selling skills, relationship management, pricing workshops, pipeline/account strategy, all in line with the Adyen Way of Selling and Account Management. 

What you’ll do

• Coordinate our various training programs. This includes coordinating the participant journey, planning training dates, and arranging training spaces. Organize various components and details of the Sales & AM Academy programs for both online trainings and in-person trainings across our offices;
• Create scalability in how we set ourselves up for success with the Commercial Academies;
• Improve our participant learning experience and the communication around it;
• Be part of a team that is building out new global training programs for different commercial audiences (sales/AM managers, team leads etc.) and topics;

Who you are

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in an organization/department/role; for example in commercial enablement, L&D, customer support/success, AM/sales support, Sales Development Representative; experience in project management or similar.
• You like to organize events (organizing trainings is often comparable to organizing an event), 
• You find it easy to have oversight and work in a structured way. Details don’t scare you!;
• You are a team player and enjoy networking;
• You have a hands-on mentality and can make things happen quickly and effectively;
• You like to think critically and creatively, quality is most important for you;
• You think in scalable solutions as well;
• You are available to travel globally;
• You are a great communicator and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
