Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and many more.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>You’ll specifically take care of<b> </b><em>Service Projects.</em></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><b>We’ll look to you for:</b></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Managing and analysing work packages together with Project Manager and Work Package Owners</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Being involved in the tender phase of a project to support all specific financial demands (analysis of the contract financial terms, financial risks/savings, financial forecasts, bonds, etc)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensuring support in periodical Project Reviews preparation with all the relevant financial analysis</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensuring support in preparation of  budget estimations, supporting the analysis and control of the project cost variance and project result variance in order to optimize the project margin</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Adding insight and accuracy to project financial information (improving accuracy on forecasts, revenue, cash, costs, etc.)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Supervision, analysis and support for overall finance topics o the project</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Explaining, justifying and keeping record in details of the estimates</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Controlling the financial performance of the project and proposing action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Raising ‘’early warnings’’ when necessary to increase management attention</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Following up and analysing cash in the project</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Being responsible for project related reporting in the internal ERP systems (ODY.c, Teranga)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Assuring assistance to all financial <em>audits</em></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensuring support in managing project bonds and hedging to limit exposure</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Being the process owner of several internal controls in ICQ (Internal Control Questionnaire) and related action plans</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><b>All about you:</b></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>We value passion and attitude over experience.
