Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Responsible for performing standard job functions of the Rapid Cycle Testing unit.

• Assists with the testing and analysis of data and projects to ensure the team meets goals and objectives.

• Presents insights from testing and analytics to the business.

How You'll Do It 

• Improves the results of tests through testing methods and feedback. Documents and tracks test results. 

• Recommends solutions to improve tasks and responsibilities.

• Supports brand awareness through testing and research. 

• Provides feedback on progress to management. 

Qualifications You'll Need

Basics

• H.S. Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience in customer service 

Bonus Points If You Have

• Associates Psychology

• 4+ years Discover CXO Experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $18.99 to $26.68. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
