As Sales Manager Sweden, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives. <br/> <br/>Samsung continues to grow and is now looking for a Sales Manager for our Swedish TV &amp; sound Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales of TV &amp; AV products in all relevant channels in Sweden. You will lead a team of 3 people and a group of field force agents. The role reports to the Nordic Head of Sales TV/AV, Jonas Wennberg. The team sits in Kista, and you can expect to travel a couple of days each month.<p></p><p>Role and Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>TV is an area that we are and have been top of the market for a long time. If you ask us, we have the best TVs! These products and market position would be your responsibility. The purpose of the role is to be part of and lead, that team in that are</p><p></p><p>You will have:</p><ul><li>Responsibility for selling results in all relevant channels in Sweden</li><li>Leadership of local organization and ownership of Field Force operations in-store</li><li>Drive sales to reach KPI on market shares</li><li>Sell in for local accounts</li><li>Field Force management</li><li>In-store execution</li><li>Market intelligence analysis</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills and Qualifications</p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced leader who can exercise leadership, initiate action, and give direction. You should work in a systematic and organized way. We work a lot with data and you need to be analytical and able to get to the heart of complex problems and issues. </p><p></p><p>For this role you need to have:</p><ul><li>Several years of experience as a sales leader, with a proven track record</li><li>Experience as a people manager with direct reports.</li><li>Strong business acumen and negotiation skills</li><li>Drivers license</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English</li></ul><p></p><p>It’s beneficial if you also:</p><ul><li>Have experience from a global company</li></ul><p></p><p>Samsung is a dynamic company in a fast-moving industry, there are many opportunities to grow and develop!
