Overview
LoanCare is seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Communications Project Manager to oversee our internal and external communications efforts. This role is crucial in promoting our brand, engaging employees, and ensuring our vision and values are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications: • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with LoanCare's vision and values. • Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates. • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support internal events and initiatives. External Communications: • Manage and execute external communication plans to promote LoanCare's brand and services. • Develop thought leadership content, B2B email campaigns, advertising and public relations materials. Content Creation: • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. • Ensure all content aligns with LoanCare's brand voice and messaging. Brand Management: • Monitor and manage LoanCare's brand reputation across all communication platforms. • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity. • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing software).
Desired Skills and Qualifications • Experience in the financial services industry. • Knowledge of brand management and digital marketing strategies.
About Remote Employment
