The Role
We are looking for a successful Operations Intern who is a multi-tasker at heart, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that excels in a fast-paced and evolving organization. Our ideal candidate is coachable, has a willingness to learn, and consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads. As a rapidly growing company, opportunities for internal growth and career development are plentiful. You will report to the Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
• Assist with process client requests - profile updates
• Assist Operations Manager with special projects
• Assist with setting up new investment accounts and preparing customer welcome packets
• Prioritize and organize workflow, and prepare key documents for client meetings
• Assist Operations team with research regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
• Manage compliance related task for the Operations team
• Complete necessary filing and maintain client files
• Review previous day’s activity to ensure accuracy
• Offer administrative and office management support to the team
Qualifications
• Current full-time undergraduate student with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
What You'll Bring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable asking questions and communicating when help or clarification is needed
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Adobe
