This role sits within the Global Business Process team under the COO organization and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the Business Systems Group (BSG).</p> <p>The role helps standardize communication, resolve conflicting requirements, and foster effective interactions between business teams and technical teams. Leveraging data-driven insights and knowledge of enabling technologies, the individual manages significant business process improvement initiatives beyond incremental changes. This role leads discovery efforts, documents high-level solution approaches and business requirements, and drives business readiness through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and enablement.</p> <p>Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Business Process, this role supports the development and continuous improvement of business process architecture for assigned operational domains such as Sales, Customer Success, Cloud Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Support. The role conducts gap analyses, designs future-state (“To-Be”) processes using industry-standard frameworks and best practices and improves requirement quality through standardized documentation and prioritization.
