What you will do:

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing for all functions locally and internationally with a focus in Tech recruitment;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit and collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs to make final hiring decisions and extend job offers;
• Tracking recruitment metrics and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies;
• Developing and promoting the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. This may involve creating compelling job descriptions, optimizing the company's career website, and leveraging social media platforms;
• Providing guidance, coaching, and support to junior recruiters and sharing industry knowledge and best practices to help develop the skills of team members;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process to attract a diverse pool of candidates

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques. Minimum of 3 years of in-depth tech recruitment is required;
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field; MSc in Human Resources Management is considered a plus;
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment partners;
• You are super confident with social media, ATS (We use Workable), and professional networks and can attract proactively the best talent;
• You are results oriented and can measure and report on your work results by providing accurate and clear recruitment metrics;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Greek & English languages (verbal & written);
• Ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and develop long-term talent acquisition plans
