Intern – Talent & Development

Duration: 5–6 months

Allowance: €575/month (full-time)

Start: Early January

Do you want to explore the world of talent development? Join our global Talent & Development team for an internship where you’ll help shape how we grow our people.

At Vopak, we believe that our people are key to our performance and long-term success. As an intern in our team, you’ll contribute to real projects that impact our employees worldwide.

What will you do?

You’ll work closely with the Talent & Development team on a range of exciting topics. Your main responsibilities include:

• Global Graduate Program: Provide support for the global graduate program, including designing the training program with an external supplier and optimizing the project timeline.

• Talent management research: Support with researching the skill-based talent management.

• HR onboarding & assessments: Create an  HR onboarding  for talent assessments.

• Culture/Behaviors: Support with embedding the behaviors into the organization.

• Other potential assignments: Assignments can be discussed based on the interests of the intern, which could include: employer branding project.
   

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and excited to make an impact.

You bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field

• Strong interest in talent and learning topics

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit

• Strong writing and communication skills in English

• Confidence working with Google Suite, Gemini; bonus if you enjoy content design or working with different platforms (e.g. Canva, Google Vids..)
