Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are seeking an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Finance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills and have the ability to handle a variety of processes. A combined sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy is essential.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
• Problem resolution, which may include daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
• Statement and report review
• Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
• Support the operations of the company with administrative tasks as needed.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• A minimum of 1 year’s office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
• Quickbooks experience preferred
• Familiarity with bill.com
• Live within 30 minutes of Ridgefield, CT

Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position ranges from $23/hour to $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
