You will play a critical role in improving deployment processes, enhancing platform reliability, and supporting infrastructure automation across development and production environments.</p> <p data-start="657" data-end="868">This role is ideal for someone with a strong DevOps mindset, hands-on experience with modern deployment tools, and a passion for building scalable, reliable systems that enable fast and secure software delivery.</p> <p data-start="815" data-end="833"><strong data-start="815" data-end="833">What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="835" data-end="1390"> <li data-section-id="xqxu09" data-start="1283" data-end="1390">Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and deployment workflows using ArgoCD</li> <li data-section-id="xqxu09" data-start="1283" data-end="1390">Improve platform reliability, availability, and operational performance across critical trading applications</li> <li data-section-id="xqxu09" data-start="1283" data-end="1390">Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release processes and deployment automation</li> <li data-section-id="xqxu09" data-start="1283" data-end="1390">Monitor system health, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and support incident resolution activities</li> <li data-section-id="xqxu09" data-start="1283" data-end="1390">Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, operational best practices, and continuous improvement initiati
