Overview
Contributes to client satisfaction of Altera clients. Assesses nature of system or service issues and resolves technical problems through independent judgment and advanced problem-solving skills. Possesses knowledge of organization's products.
This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in the delivery of hardware and system software technology to customers using standard procedures.
- Provide technical support during the implementation delivery process including triaging and troubleshooting reported by client and implementation team.
- Install all software required for the Altera solutions
- Develop Technical documentation to facilitate efficiency, document customer implementations, and support department education objectives.
- Training Clients and Altera Staff on your areas of expertise
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field, (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline), or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Experience:
- 2-4 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of HealthCare integration practical experience with XML, REST and SOAP.
- Ability to code in JavaScript or a similar language.
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL, NOSQL.
- Knowledge of network and web application protocols (TCP, VPN, HTTP, SFTP).
- Understanding of change control, source code management, and DevOps concepts.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Working Arrangements:
- Standard U.S. work week or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily works in remote environment
- May require after-hours, weekends, on-call support and/or holidays
