Project Data Integration Support

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Project Data Integration Support employee to provide skilled technical advisory and assistance as lead system integrator and technical management of the 96 RN tech stack. The technical expertise of the individual is required to ensure that the 96 RN has full spectrum Microsoft DAF365 integration of SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Project, and other cloud-based Microsoft applications such as InfoPath and Power Automate.This position is located at Eglin AFB, FL.

• Provide adept analysis, design, development, implementation, and support leveraging Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate capabilities.
• General troubleshooting of problems experienced by users of the DAF365 suite of applications, and collaborative participation with to resolve problems with the suite of capabilities.
• Experience with out-of-the-box automation functionality utilizing SharePoint, Project, Power BI, and Teams which will include list/library creation and customization, permissions management, workflows and content management and critical infrastructure.
• Advises and provides guidance and technical assistance on routine, and emergency maintenance matters.
• Consolidate data across multiple systems/databases into front panel displays.
• Create and maintain automation applications, site collections, sites, site definitions, web parts, pages, workflows, and content types, metadata, templates, and themes.
• Create, leverage, and manage content types, site columns, lookups and templates for re-use in sites.
• Create dashboard tools to enhance visibility of content and collections.
• Establish business process improvements.
• Strong experience in utilization of MS suite of software tools - SharePoint, Power Automate, Report Builder, Project, SQL, Server, SharePoint Designer, Power BI and InfoPath.

Requirements

• Requires a Master’s Degree in relevant discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Substitution of experience for education considered with customer approval.

Security Clearance

• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
