FT Administrator
Position Summary
The Designer will be an integral part of the DCDC team and will be responsible for the day-to-day development of project documents and deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Work on community-engaged design projects, including design development, graphic representation, community engagement and production of draft and final deliverables.
- Manage select assigned projects after 9 to 12 months and with support from senior DCDC staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Education – A college degree or four to eight years of work experience in a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be familiar with Adobe Suite, Rhino, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Revit, and/or AutoCAD
- Ability to collaborate with internal project teams
- Ability to collaborate with the community
- Highly organized and self-directed
Physical Requirements
Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds).
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to objectionable conditions or variations such as those found in variable weather conditions or light industrial settings.
Salary/Pay Information
Commensurate with experience
Anticipated Schedule
Monday to Friday 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM
