A Brief Overview
The position is responsible for processing payrolls for assigned clients, including reviewing data entry for accuracy, payroll tax reporting, and processing of retirement benefit contributions.

What you will do

  • Accurately assemble and ship daily payrolls.
  • Maintain/update permanent shipping instructions.
  • Assist in documenting procedures as well as identify areas where departments can improve service, delivery, and accuracy.
  • Print, assemble and ship non-payroll related items.
  • Support Service Operations with the fulfillment function of Client and Work Site Employee materials, i.e. COBRA notices. Enrollment Summary, etc.
  • Accurately label and distribute incoming and outgoing mail parcels.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain departmental organization by filing, stocking, and cleaning.
  • Be able to lift 35 lbs. if required.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred 

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically < 1 year Data Entry (Proficient) preferred 
  • PeopleSoft HRMS preferred 
  • Prior PEO Experience preferred 
  • Service Operations Experience preferred 

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals 
  • Ability to write routine correspondence and reports 
  • Ability to convey information effectively one-on-one or to small groups of employees within the company 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization is available
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

The salary range for this role is $43,700.00 to $50,502.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. 

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
