Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a construction project engineer to be based in Phoenix, AZ.
This position is expected to begin summer 2024.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
- Performs entry-level work.
- Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
- Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for a large general contractor.
- Previous AECOM internship experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook). As well as exposure to other construction-based computer programs
- Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.

- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- Non-Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (AZ locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $23.51/hr - $41.15/hr
