This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across businesses with a specificity in sales and service driven industries. This role offers a hybrid work mode. Depending on the project scope, being onsite at the client might be a part of the role.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Job Description</b></u></p><ul><li>Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of operating model transformation programmes.</li><li>Oversee front and mid-office transformation design, including operating model development.</li><li>Manage business transformation focusing on business operation models, sales and service optimization, and operational excellence.</li><li>Direct operating model transformations, covering front, middle, and back-office functions.</li><li>Conduct business operation assessments, identifying improvement areas and prioritizing initiatives.</li><li>Drive accelerated transformation programs to achieve cost reduction and implement new ways of working.</li><li>Develop strategic missions, target pictures, and roadmaps for transformation journeys</li><li>Execute value-oriented redesigns and reorganizations to optimize businesses</li><li>Advise C-level management and set up and run effective change management measures and programs.</li><li>Take the lead in adjusting plans to changing business contexts. Find pragmatic and effective solutions to business realities.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>A degree in business or a comparable field of study. A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA, is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 3 to 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or renowned consultancies.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially at C-level.</li><li>Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.</li><li>High level of expertise in operating model design, end-to-end process improvements, and operational excellence.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps and transformation narratives.</li><li>Collaborative team spirit and a continuous learning mindset.</li><li>Experience in key account management is an advantage</li><li><b>Fluent<span> </span></b>in written and spoken<span> </span><b>English</b>, with high proficiency in<span> </span><b>German<span> </span></b>and/or French.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Additional information</b></u></p><p></p><p>If you feel inspired by us, we'll probably be inspired by you.
