Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center’s Service team managing a portion of our Wealth Management Associates population, from newly hired to experienced, at the Wealth Advice Center. You will play a critical role in leading a team of Wealth Management Associates tasked with providing excellent service to both our clients and our Financial Advisors while working to proactively coach and develop your team’s overall skillset.

Your expertise

You have:
• obtained a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• experience managing others or have worked in a similar position
• SIE, Series 7, 66, 9/10 licenses required
• experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

You are:
• known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you
• an excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams
• driven with a proactive mindset
• ability to lead and positively influence others
