THE JOB:
The Learning and Development Partner supports the growth and development of our team members. This role is pivotal in delivering impactful learning experiences and fostering a culture of excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Facilitate bi-weekly new hire orientation, leadership training, and other key learning labs

• Lead compliance training, including TIPS training and administrative reporting components

• Manage the training space for the property, ensuring all resources are prepared for seamless sessions

• Collaborate with HR, Guest Experience, and operational leaders to align training initiatives with team and organizational goals

• Design and deliver flexible and personalized training sessions tailored to property-specific needs

• Oversee learning program logistics, from schedules to material preparation and audiovisual needs

• Monitor, analyze, and report on training impact metrics to ensure continuous improvement

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively

• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and a passion for driving professional development

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly

• Adept at building collaborative relationships across teams and levels of the organization
