The RoleAs the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the manufacturing of  medical devices, assembly and warehouse personnel, and the facility at our medical device fulfillment center located in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is also responsible for inventory management, following and implementing all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring necessary forms are completed timely to allow for a compliant audit trail of work being performed. In addition, will work closely with the Quality Control team ensuring proper documentation and record keeping in accordance with company guidelines. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Pharmacy Strategy and Process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for day to day operations for the manufacturing medical devices, overseeing assembly and warehouse personnel
  • Responsible for implementing and the adherence to company SOPs
  • Set assembly and warehouse personnel goals in collaboration Care, Quality and Operations
  • Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
  • Ensure customers orders are processed timely and shipped accordingly to established guidelines
  • Work with Supply Chain to maintain inventory levels and make recommendations when stock levels are low
  • Ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience managing a team of people
  • Experience in implementing and validating cGMP processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with material requirement planning process and software
  • Experience with medical devices inventory management
  • Ability to support logistics receiving and shipping product
  • Prior experience with pallet jacks, stock pickers and/or forklifts

The target base salary for this position ranges from $71,000 to $84,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
