About the role
You will work closely with the ANJ P&P team and the International Operations team in Europe to execute people strategy. You will support with business partnering in which you will be responsible for driving the people agenda, including employee relations (ER), compensation activity (merit, bonus and wage increases), OPR, Engagement, MBO and other ad hoc activities.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be supported to be successful in the following:
- Coach and support employees on effective and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support people leaders through people management processes e.g. disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, performance management
- Support the HR Team in the analysis of the main KPIs in order to identify opportunities and implement improvements in HR processes, enhancing efficiency of service level.
- Work closely with the Factory based HRBP’s to Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support the factories by coordinating commencements, movements, international relocations, parental leave and employee departures, updating relevant systems (Workday) and ensuring payroll deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Support all aspects of the company’s benefits offerings.
- Provide project support, as required, to the HR team.
- Support with recruitment by interviewing.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

About you

- Fine-tuned problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights
- Experience in a similar role within HR, ideally within an industrial environment.
