Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our upcoming opening of the latest Lure Fish House restaurant in San Luis Obispo, CA. The ideal candidate will be best-in-class in taking care of guests, have a passion for seafood, and a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams for both top-line sales and bottom-line profits. As an integral member of our leadership team, the General Manager will oversee 100+ staff members, manage the full P&L, and drive innovation across all 7 Lure Fish House locations.

All Lure Fish House Managers will need the following certificates:
Manager Servsafe
RBS Certificate
Manager Harassment Class Certificate
Requirements
- At least 3 years in a General Manager or similar executive-level role
- Experience with grand openings, including staffing a restaurant from scratch
- Working with a restaurant group with multiple locations is preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
