Senior Manager - Technical Product Owner

Position Summary:

Commercial Business End to End IT Delivery team is looking for a Technical Product Owner that can lead large scale IT Portfolio funded initiatives within Health Care Business Unit. This Technical Product Owner position is intended for Commercial Compliance area within Aetna Technology.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as Product Owner
• 5+ years in managing large scale IT Projects and IT programs
• 2+ years in working with cross functional teams and Senior Leadership team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project/program expertise in stakeholder facilitations, communications and relationship management
• SAFe or other similar project certification preferred, but not required
• Provides a consistent, effective operating structure for IT projects through sound IT investment analysis, Product roadmap and Cost optimization
• Manages multiple complex projects OR a series of projects within an Investment Category to deliver tasks on time and within scope
• Proactively leads assigned project by identifying key milestones, dependencies and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work
• Coordinates with multiple stakeholders and various teams to develop the Program level view and report to Business and Senior leadership team
• Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to IT Leadership, Business Owner and all other stakeholders

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
