An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Wellbeing Lead to join the team.
Reporting to the People Director Employee Purpose and Experience, you will work closely with them to deploy the global wellbeing strategy including the implementation of the various associated programmes and initiatives to support the People Strategy. Through this work you will champion the organisation’s purpose and culture, drive and amplify the employee experience.

Key Accountabilities
In this role you will inform and support the development of the Group H&W strategy and policy in relation to wellbeing. You will also:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to engage and communicate with leadership, employees and their representatives to promote the Wellbeing agenda.
- Deploy, lead and evaluate our global employee wellbeing programmes to improve employee wellbeing through the workplace linked to both the Company’s Health and Safety and Employee Purpose and Experience Strategy.
- Establish and maintain a global network of wellbeing leads, similar to a community of practice, to support the implementation of wellbeing programmes in their areas by coordinating resource requests, training requirements, orientation, communications and updates. Undertake coaching, instruction, and training activities to enhance the global capability of wellbeing.
- Collaborate with functional CoEs and Businesses to promote and enhance employee wellbeing.
- Support the development and reporting of metrics of global wellbeing programmes and use information gathered to identify common themes impacting on the wellbeing of employees to inform strategy.
- Represent the Company on relevant external bodies in area(s) of special interest. Support external benchmarking and share best practice.
- Maintain a review of any regulatory or professional changes which would guide and impact our approach to employee wellbeing. Update our approach and any associated improvement programmes required as a result.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associates degree with 7+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences, OR
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences., OR
- Masters degree with 3+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences., OR
- JD/PhD
- In lieu of degree 9+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences.
