Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Medical Oncology

- Lead and support a team of talented oncology technicians and assistants in both Medical and Radiation Oncology
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide mentorship, set goals, and address staff concerns
- Monitor adherence to hospital policies and ensure consistent application of protocols and procedures
- Deliver timely performance feedback, including coaching and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with the Hospital Manager and HR
- Coordinate and manage schedules to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure optimal patient care coverage
- Foster a positive, team-first culture that encourages learning, growth, and exceptional client service
- Manage payroll and scheduling, per patient care needs and revenue guidelines
- Collaborate closely with our board-certified oncologists and leadership to support seamless, compassionate cancer care
- 5 +years experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or eligible to transfer state license (RVT, LVT)
- Experience in Medical Oncology and/or Radiation Oncology
- Leadership experience – preferred (but if you're ready to grow into it, we’ll support you!)
- You’re a natural communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and passionate about specialty medicine
- You bring empathy, structure, and resilience to every shift
