📍 Slatington — Daytime Housekeeping Support

Position Type: Part-time
Schedule: 10:00am–4:00pm

📍 Slatington — Weekend High-Assist Personal Care

You’ll support with:• Full personal care and ADLs
• Incontinence care
• Two-person stand and pivot transfers
• Companion engagement and hobby encouragement
• Safety monitoring

📍 Slatington — Advanced Care & Mobility Support

Position Type: Part-time
Schedule: Morning–evening availability
Transportation: Required

Mission ImpactProvide attentive support for a client with complex medical and mobility needs. This role is best suited for caregivers who are confident in advanced personal care routines and have strong observational skills.

The client has indicated a preference for a female caregiver to support personal care comfort.

You’ll support with:• Personal care and ADLs
• Wheelchair mobility support
• Catheter and ostomy awareness
• Wound care support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companion care and routine engagement

⚠️ Client has MS and limited lower body mobility
🧠 Short-term memory changes noted
❤️ Congestive heart failure diagnosis

✅ Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with personal care and transfer tasks
