Branch Manager Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Branch Manager to head up our location in Indianapolis, IN.  This person must have strong construction knowledge and sales experience.  A strong desire to succeed is required.  A person’s earning potential is directly related to their effort and success.  This person will head up and grow Carroll’s business in the Indianapolis market.   Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 12 states.  Do you want to be part owner of a growing, successful company?

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must
Extremely motivated with leadership skills
Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
Ability to lead and participate effectively as a team member.
