Employee Relations and Compliance Investigator, Lead

Key Role:
Ensure compliance with the corporation's ethical standards and examine any non-compliance issues. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Provide support and direction to the business partner community and other internal teams by providing policy guidance and interpretation and provide analytical support for Booz Allen policy development, including policies and practices related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other matters.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with leading detailed, factual investigations involving internal policies and Code of Conduct from start to finish
Experience in managing other investigators and mentoring junior staff
Experience with designing and delivering on priorities and leveraging data to identify trends and gaps, and develop actions to address
Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating to resolve escalated concerns across all segments and aligned business locations
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in EEO and business investigations or 12+ years of experience in EEO and business investigations in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Convercent a plus
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational and fact gathering skills
