Minimum Qualifications:
- Three (3) years clerical experience of which two (2) years’ experience with statues, rules or government regulations.
Preferences:
- One (1) year as a Regulatory Specialist III with the Division of Corporations.
- Experience filing in accordance with Chapter 487, 495, 607, 605, 609, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621, or 865.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises the work activities of subordinates, plans workloads, workflows, deadlines, work objectives, and time utilization with employees.
- Directs the work of employees to insure maximum use of time and resources.
- Motivates employees to improve the quality and quantity of work performed.
- Communicates on a regular basis with employees both individually and in staff meetings.
- Develop performance standards and evaluate employees through established evaluation criteria and responsibilities and meeting regularly with employees to insure pre-established criteria are met.
- Assist in developing operating procedures, work standards, and reporting formats for the section.
- Recommends and assists in drafting proposed revisions to administrative rules and laws affecting area of assignment.
- Trains employees in methods for performing an effective and efficient job.
- Assists in developing pre-service and in-service training programs for section employees.
- Performs other work-related duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Communicate verbally/writing.
- Utilize problem solving techniques to make decisions.
- Understand/apply applicable rules/regulations/policies/procedures.
- Plan/organize/coordinate program activities.
- Establish/maintain effective working relationships.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements of business filings.
